HISTORIQUE

Nous célébrons 40 ans de succès

En 1978, la société Northenden Engineering Services a été créée par les co-fondateurs Geoff Lloyd et Bryan Sullivan. La société était connue sous le nom de NES International, NES Overseas et souvent simplement « NES », avant de devenir NES Global Talent, dans le cadre d'une démarche de rebranding en 2011.

L'entreprise a connu une croissance impressionnante et a été vendue à AEA Investors en 2012 pour 234 millions de livres sterling, soit plus de trois fois la valeur qu'elle avait six ans auparavant.

Grâce à notre solide base financière, nous avons été en mesure de réaliser 7 acquisitions stratégiques au cours des 5 dernières années, à savoir Energy People, les consultants RC, Sure Flow, Frontica Advantage, Ziegler's Oilfield Consulting, Redbock et Bedrock Petroleum Consultants, que nous avons ajoutés à notre portefeuille. Cela signifie que nous sommes actuellement de loin le plus grand fournisseur de personnel pétrolier et gazier du secteur.

Au cours des dernières années, nous avons également réussi à diversifier nos activités et à transférer la marque NES dans six secteurs complémentaires, tels que l'énergie et les sciences de la vie, permettant non seulement à l'entreprise de survivre, mais de continuer à prospérer dans le monde entier. En 2020, nous avons connu une croissance supplémentaire suite à l'alignement stratégique entre NES Global Talent et le groupe Fircroft, créant NES Fircroft - l'une des principales entreprises de solutions de capital humain pour l'ingénierie et de talents techniques à l'échelle mondiale

Our policy and business practices are aligned to the international standards of ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management and ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management.

Formal certification for the ‘provision of staffing solutions to industry and professions’ is in place across our head office and specific regional offices in Australia, Canada, UK, and USA. Our management system, its principles and defined processes are however implemented across the global business involving employees at all levels.
